                      Training

                      Starting in May, we are full on with training and racing. 
                      Our balanced program includes individual "on your own" training, group training and racing. 


                      Group Training Rides

                           Two Rides per Week
                                    Tuesday Nights - Advanced group as chosen by coaches.  Intense Session
                                    Wednesday Nights - Development group.  All riders are welcome, no drop ride
